Staff Referral Competition

We are excited to announce the launch of our Clever Bee Academy Promotional Items and Staff Rewards Campaign!
 
Attached you’ll find the print flyers, graphics, and campaign materials for our “Post, Tag & Receive” and “Staff Referral Competition.” These initiatives are designed to help increase enrollment and celebrate the amazing efforts of our team members in spreading the word about Clever Bee Academy.
 
Here’s what to do:
  1. Print and display the flyers throughout your center (front desk, break room, and other high-traffic areas).
  2. Share the promotional graphics and social media post content with your staff via text or email so everyone can participate.
  3. Remind staff that to receive their gift card, they must:
    • Post the enrollment message on their personal social media.
    • Tag the “Clever Bee Academy” Business Page.
    • Take a screenshot of their post and share it with you or the Marketing Department. It must for posted by tomorrow and stay up until Friday (the goal is for it not to be removed)
    • Show post again to their CD to redeem their gift card that will be emailed to them by Courtney from the Marketing Department (I will need their emails)
 
Referral Campaign Competition Timeline:
October 14 – December 31, 2025
Staff who refer families through social media, word of mouth, or community connections can earn:
  • $200 per new family referred
  • $500 bonus for every 5 referrals
  • A center-wide lunch for 10 total enrolled referrals

Program Terms

Clever Bee Staff: Clever Bee Academy staff will receive $200 per new family referred. The referred families must stay enrolled for at least 60 days for referrals to be valid. Pending funding families and returning families enrolled within the last year do not qualify. Staff can receive up to $1200 per year. The staff referring a new family must still be employed at the time the referral payout is issued. After all, criteria are met, a check will be issued to the referring staff by their respective Center Director. Center Directors and Assistant Directors are not eligible to participate.

New Families: A referral program form must be completed and submitted with enrollment applications for tracking purposes.
