Esra Cardace is an accomplished leader in education management and operational excellence. As the Regional Director of Center Operations at Brightside Academy Ohio, she ensures centers operate at their best, providing high-quality care and education.

 

Previously, Esra served as an Operations Manager at Amazon and spent six years at KinderCare Education, where she was instrumental in launching the KinderCare App and improving labor management practices. Her tenure as District Manager at KinderCare and Starbucks showcased her ability to lead and inspire teams, significantly improving performance and operational efficiency.

 

Esra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Ankara University, and her strong foundation in communication underpins her effective leadership. Her strategic vision, dedication to talent development, and commitment to quality education make her an exemplary leader driving positive change across Ohio.
