At Clever Bee Academy, we believe that family and community are at the heart of everything we do. Our academy thrives because of the strong relationships we build with our families, creating a nurturing and supportive environment where children can grow and succeed. That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce our Family-to-Family Referral Program—a way for you to help expand our hive while earning rewards for referring families who would benefit from the exceptional care and education we provide.
By sharing your positive experience with others, you play a key role in strengthening our community. There are no limits to how many families you can refer—each one that joins us helps grow our supportive network. As a token of our appreciation, we’ll reward you for every referral that leads to enrollment. Together, we can build a brighter future for more children and continue to foster a place where every child can thrive!
Existing Families: Clever Bee enrolled families will receive $200 per new family referred. Referred families must stay enrolled for at least 60 days for referrals to be valid. Families can receive up to $1200 per year. The family referring a new family must still be enrolled at the time the referral is issued. After all criterias are met, funds will be applied to outstanding balances for our academies first and then a family may choose to: 1) election to roll remaining referral balance to future months or summer field trips for school-age children (if applicable); or 2) receive the remaining balance in an ACH/Check payment (include instructions). Pending funding families and returning families enrolled within the last year do not qualify.
New Families: A referral program form must be completed and submitted with enrollment applications for tracking purposes
